Police in Columbus, Ohio, have detained suspects in two recent homicides, including a man accused of shooting and killing his girlfriend on Sunday night. They are also looking into a third homicide that was discovered on Monday.
Tamieka Ross, age 45, was found with a gunshot wound after police were called at 5:10 p.m. on Sunday to the 700 block of Butler Avenue in the Hilltop on a report of a shooting.
According to homicide investigators, Ross and her 50-year-old lover, Sinnea Thomas, had been “arguing throughout the day and the disagreement evolved into a fight” at their shared residence.
